Daytrip by speedboat to Phi Phi
We booked a day trip from Phuket to the Phi Phi Islands. The minibus driver drove recklessly, overtaking and speeding from the hotel to the pier. The speedboat rides back and forth were very frightening. The boat was bouncing in the air, and the entire cabin got completely soaked. On the return journey, most passengers’ life jackets had been taken away, and even on the way there, not all seats had life jackets. No one instructed passengers to wear them. In the minibus ride back, none of the passengers had working seatbelts, and the driver just laughed when asked about it. Additionally, all the island stops, such as Maya Bay, Maya Beach, and Khai Island, were packed with tourists. At Maya Beach, there was a line hundreds of meters long. I cannot recommend this tour to anyone. Avoid speedboats in the Phuket area, if you can.

Ei todellakaan kannata. Varattiin reissu reilusti etukäteen kreetan lomaa varten. Kaikki meni hyvin, saatiin liput ja rahat lähti. Mutta matkapäivänä bussia ei tullut, olivat unohtaneet noutaa. Ei mitään hyvitystä, vain rahat takaisin (liekö edes rahat palautuu, kun ensin olivat palauttamassa vain puolet).
